OBJECTIFS ET USAGES
- Dans le cadre de sa politique de collecte et tri des déchets, la Métropole Aix-Marseille Provence organise régulièrement l’opération « le mois du compost » sur les territoires métropolitains avec pour objectif la réduction de la quantité de déchets organiques produits par les ménages.
- Pour offrir aux habitants une solution de valorisation de leurs déchets, la Métropole Aix-Marseille Provence développe la pratique du compostage collectif en installant des composteurs de proximité dans les résidences, les jardins partagés ou auprès d’associations.
- Pour permettre aux habitants de trouver rapidement le composteur le plus proche de leur domicile, la Métropole Aix-Marseille Provence a publié une carte interactive localisant la centaine de sites permettant de composter au quotidien ses déchets organiques.
