Une carte interactive pour promouvoir la filière bois-forêt et valoriser ses professionnels

OBJECTIFS ET USAGES

Avec 19 massifs forestiers qui s’étendent sur 152 000 hectares, soit plus de 50% de sa superficie, la Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence est l’un des territoires métropolitains les plus boisés de France. Une richesse que la Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence s’attache à préserver et valoriser, en liaison avec les différents acteurs de la forêt.

Dans le cadre de sa compétence de valorisation, gestion et protection des milieux forestiers, la Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence accompagne le développement de la filière « forêt-bois ».

Pour contribuer à la visibilité des professionnels publics et privés de la filière « forêt-bois » sur son territoire, la Métropole Aix-Marseille-Provence a conçu un annuaire qui recense et localise les 550 professionnels de la filière sur une carte interactive.
