OBJECTIFS ET USAGES
- Dans le cadre de l’animation de ses politiques publiques en matière d’habitat et d’environnement, la Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée a mis en place le dispositif Bien chez Soi, une nouvelle stratégie d’intervention contribuant à améliorer le confort des occupants mais également à dynamiser la filière professionnelle de la rénovation énergétique et le tissu économique local.
- Le dispositif Bien chez Soi vise à accélérer la rénovation du parc privé en levant les freins à la réalisation de travaux. Les aides financières ne suffisent pas toujours à inciter les propriétaires, souvent peu informés et démunis devant la complexité administrative, technique et financière d’une rénovation. Ce sont ces freins que ce dispositif entend lever, grâce à un accompagnement individualisé et gratuit des particuliers pour leur projet d’amélioration et de rénovation énergétique de leur logement.
- Dans le cadre de ce dispositif, la Métropole Toulon Provence Méditerranée a publié une carte interactive permettant aux particuliers de trouver facilement et à proximité de leur domicile, un artisan labellisé RGE (Reconnus Garants de l’Environnement), pouvant intervenir sur l’ensemble des postes de travaux de la rénovation (isolation, chauffage, bureau d’études techniques,…) et sur l’ensemble des communes de la métropole.
