OBJECTIFS ET USAGES

Pour améliorer la qualité de l’espace public et mieux répondre aux attentes des usagers dans une démarche participative, le Gouvernement Princier de Monaco a souhaité la mise en oeuvre de l’application mobile Urban Report.

Cet outil numérique et cartographique, développé dans le cadre du programme « Extended Monaco », permet aux monégasques de faire remonter des observations et signaler des anomalies rencontrées dans l’espace public.

Un vélo en libre-service défectueux ? Une question concernant les travaux dans ma rue ? Un dysfonctionnement sur une borne d’information ?

Pour faire remonter facilement ces différents constats aux services de l’État concernés, les usagers peuvent via l’application localiser, décrire et photographier leurs signalements.

Les demandes des usagers sont centralisées dans un back-office permettant au Gouvernement Princier de Monaco d’apporter une réponse aux signalements et de co-construire, avec l’implication des citoyens, un meilleur environnement urbain.
